The best and the quickest tip for lower body weight loss is exercise apart from that you can also try few other tips to improve your metabolic rate. I have been having a mixture of methi + Ajwain + Kali jeeri very regularly for more than a month and seeing awesome results.But this needs to be done continuously for 3 months to see the ultimate result. Ratio plays an important role in this . the ratio is 5:2:1

5 parts Methi + 2 Parts ajwain (Omam) + 1 part (Karum jeeragam)

Roast all the ingredients separately and grind to a fine powder. Have 1 tsp of this before retiring at night with hot water . Hot water is mandatory. You will definitely see good results with this.

Ingredients :

100% cocoa powder
1 tsp cream / milk
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp oatmeal / bread crumbs

Thank you all for your wonderful tips.
Here i would like to share some Natural conditioner for hair.

1. For Dry and Scanty hair:
Ingredients:
1 cup milk,
1 Banana
1 tsp coconut oil

Procedure:
Blend banana and milk to fine paste. Add coconut oil and mix it well. Now wet your hair with lukewarm water. Take strands of your hair and apply the paste along the length of hair. After conditioner is applied, cover your hair with shower cap. Leave it for 30 minutes and rinse off with cold water.

Note: This is not after wash conditioner for tresses so you have to shampoo your hair after rinsing off the conditioner.

2. Mint conditioner:
Water 3 glasses, bowel full of mint leaves
Boil mint leaves in 2-3 glasses of water and strain it well. Let it cool and use this liquid after shampooing to keep your tresses and scalp refreshed

hi Maddy,

I had been using red lentil powder as face pack for long time n it gives just wonderful results. and now I have added all the other ingredients as you have mentioned. loving that too and while making it I had added dried orange peel which gives it its benefit and a very fresh scent..

your tips are really very very nice installed a sepearte diary to note all

Hi shinara can you pls tell me do you eat/drink anything before namaskara or empty stomach.. n how much did you loose. I hv baby belly after delivery really need to get rid of that..

My dear beauties i just came across this wonderful technique to deep cleanse your skin and i swear by it now. I should say that this is natures miracle to bestow us with the best that it can render. I can assure you that after performing this technique you will never reach for your clairsonic, microderma aberation and costly facials to deep cleanse and exfoliate your facial skin. It doesn't cost you much but guarantees you with the best . It's a wonderful remedy for people with severe acne problem. It works on a simple principle which is "oil dissolves oil". This techniques involves deep cleansing of the pore by using castor oil which extracts the dirt and clogged oils from the deepest pore of your skin. So lets get started with the technique.

Ingredients:

Castor oil ( The base / main oil )
Olive oil { ( additional oil ) You may also use almond oil ,sesame oil, coconut oil}

Procedure :

1 ) Take two drops of castor oil. Castor oil is highly viscous in nature and 2 drops is more than sufficient to perform this procedure.
2) Add 4 drops of almond oil to this .
3) Mix both the oils nicely.
4) Massage this mixture on your face using just the fingers. Run it generously over your face for 5 mins.
5)Its time to steam.
7) Take a clean cloth and wipe off all the oil from your face. You will be amazed so see all the dirt stuck to your towel. Use a white colored cloth to see the evidence with ease.
8) Steam your face again and perform the same procedure of wiping .
9) Do this one more time if needed.

You will be amazed with the results.. Your skin will be deep cleansed. The dark spots and blemishes would have lightened .Perform this every night before going to sleep and you will never look back .
