I am from Illinois dear and its pretty cold here. I am waiting for the weather to improve a lil bit so I could go for walk. Else I must start walking inside office for 15 mins in the mrng and noon

And regarding gender prediction, I dont know which one to believe da. For me many sites showed boy and some showed girl and I am having a girl. Just prepare your mind to welcome any gender And wait for the surprise! I am sure whatever gender they are going to be, they will fill our home with so much love and warmth! :2thumbsup:

I am a second time mom due on 2nd July but mostly will have my baby end of June.
So joined this June thread...
I have one 4yrs old son and eagerly waiting for second baby.
I have been reading all updates on this thread just never got to post a message myself.

my doc wants to do gender scan after completion of 20 weeks, so i have to wait till my next appointment.

ya i know iL is very cold place, really i don't have much preference in gender of a baby, as this is our 1st baby we are more excited.. thats it..

and that too just to know weather any charts give the accurate results..

I know you must be so excited since its first baby. Me too!
I dont know any charts. But I was also so curious to predict the gender before my scan and was searching thru some links..

generally they say, if its a boy then u will glow.. u will be dull if its a girl..

also based on hair growth on ur legs.. LOL there are so many stories. I just searched in google with gender prediction and found many interesting theories.. U too read and let us know what it say for you and will wait for your scan.. I am sure you will find it more interesting coz once I spent two hrs reading thru all that..haha

I am back after a short break....Wow! This thread is really full of life now . Nice to see so many of you share your experiences here. I am feeling all normal,relatively! though occasional nagging pain on either sides of my abdomen do bother me at times... I know its just the round ligament expansion that happens around this time because of the uterus stretching... I have been doing some yoga stretches and that seems to work for me.
I have started with the progesterone shots to prevent premature labor( i am at a risk coz i had premature labor at 34 th week during my daughters time)
I do feel some flutters every once in while still not strong enough..but i am really look forward to hear my babys heartbeat every week when my nurse come home to give me the shots.
