I tried this recipe when I had lots of left over rice and was not able to decide on what should be done with that. Luckily I had Cauliflower Florets in the fridge and decided to do something with that. So here goes the recipe: Ingredients : Cooked Rice : 1 1/2 Cups Cauliflower Florets : 3/4 Cup Onion-1 Sliced Kitchen King Powder : 1 1/2 tbsp (Available in brands like MDH) Chilly powder : 1/4 tbsp Lemon Juice : As per taste Oil : 1 tbsp Ghee : 1 tbsp Chana Dal + Urad Dal : 1/2 tbsp Mustard + Jeera : 1/2 tbsp Curry Leaves : Few Salt as per taste Method : 1) Cook Rice and keep aside 2) In a pan heat oil and ghee together and fry Chana and urad dhal 3) Now add the tempering seeds and allow them to splutter 4)Add sliced onions and fry untill hald done 5) Add cauliflower florets and fry untill soft. 6)Now add all the powders, salt and mixwell and fry for some 7) Add rice to this mixture and mix well 8) Switch off the stove, add lemon juice, mix well and serve with Raitha and roasted papad.
