    Hi friends,

I have been following this haircare routine for the past 4 weeks and have attained incredible results . I want to share this with all of you so that you can also get good results from it .

    Sunday :

Apply oil of your choice all over your hair and give a good massage to your scalp for 5 to 10 mins . The oil should be well applied to get good results. I have been using dabur mustard oil for my hair. It's doing good to me.

Oil helps to moisturize the hair and helps get rid of dryness :)

    Monday :

    1 cup curd/yogurt ( Natural conditioner)
1/2 cup Multani mitti/ Fullers earth(This is a natural cleanser)
1/4th cup besan/Gram flour ( Good source of protein and again a natural cleanser)
1tbs Amla powder ( Protects the hair from greying)
    1tps Trifala powder
    1 lemon (Natural conditioner)

Mix all the ingredients together to a thick paste . Add the hair pack all over your hair and leave it for 2- 3 hrs . Wash it off with the shampoo of your choice. Trust me friends you wouldn't require any artificial hair conditioner to make your hair soft. Your hair will be shiny and soft like never before.

    Thursday:(Overnight process)

1 cup henna powder (Excellent conditioner and a natural dye)
    1/2 cup Amla powder(Protects from greying )
    1 tbs Trifala powder
1tbs Bhringaraj ( Initiates hair growth)
1 beetroot ( A natural stain / can be avoided)
    1 lemon
1 5 to 6 hibiscus flower( encourages hair growth , stops split ends, natural hair color, removes toxins and a clenser)
2 tbs fenugreek seeds (haiir growth , controls dandruff, controls hairfall)
    Tea decoction / Coffee decoction
Eucalyptus oil( 3 to 4 drops)

Take henna in a iron kadai (Very important) . add amla powder , trifala and bhringaraj powder to it . Make tea decoction. Grind methi/Fenufreek seed, beetroot and hibuscus flowers into a fine paste . Add the paste to the henna mixture.Take the decoction and mix the contents to a thick paste . Leave it to rest overnight .

    Friday :

Apply the mehandi all over you hair and leave it to rest for 2- 3 hrs . wash it off with Luke warm water.Never shampoo hair after mehandi / Henna. Shampoo a day before mehandi that should be fine.

Your hair will be silky , shiny and beautiful. Keep doing the above procedure for 21 weeks and you will definitely get rid of hair-fall, grey hair and dandruff.Hair growth will definately be evident :)

*Note : I have a lengthy hair so i require larger quantity of all the contents to cover all the hair. You may increase or decrease the content as per the length of your hair.

*Note2 : You can get trifala, bringraj and amla powder from any ayurvedic shop if in India. People living abroad may find the products in any Indian grocery store in the cosmetic / toiletry aisle.

    With Love,
    Maddy

    Hi Nimmi,

Yes i love to keep myself healthy and i am really fascinated about organic products. I tried all sorts of procedures at parlour but ultimately found them to be fake. Nothing can beat natural products. When done religiously they benefit us with so much health and happiness and i want to share this with all of you so that you can also claim the benefits .

Since you are unable to find these products i assure you a wonderful alternative. Take a bowl of curry leaf and make a fine paste of it. Add this to hair pack and see the magic happening :). Curry leaf is an excellent hair growth stimulator .

One more extra tip for you as a gift(Virtual gift) from me to you for this new year .

Take a bowl of curry leaf and make a fine paste of it . Take coconut oil as per your requirement.Mix the curry leaf paste to the coconut oil and heat both of them till you see the oil separating very well from the paste( The paste settles at the bottom and oil floats on top). switch off the stove. Strain the contents and allow it to cool. Keep it in a bottle of your choice . Use it all over your scalp, hair and leave it overnight / 3-4 hrs . Wash off with a shampoo of your choice.

    Hope this helps dear .

    With Love,
    Maddy

    Hi Aamini,

Yes henna is very easily available in the market . I buy the amina mehandi brand. Make sure its not the black henna / dye henna. I am sure Bangalore must be having a patanjali unit so,you can buy amla, trifala and bringraj powder from there. If you don't find bringraj and triphala powder at Patanjali you may find them in any ayurvedic shop with ease.Cause Patanjali sell Amla churn . its very cheap 20 to 30 rs for a bottle.

I wish you and your family a happy, prosperous, fun filled and healthy 2014. May all your dreams and desires come true .

    Hope this helps dear.

    With love,
    Maddy
