Not that I don't respect nor love him for what he has done to the game but it was time for retirement couple of years before. Right decision Sachin - Congrats for what you have proved in the game of cricket and the decision.

T 20, One day, Test matches , hope all are done with and we will be spared further articles and discussions about his greatness. He is an excellent cricketer but is devaluing his greatness by retiring in bits and pieces.

Sachin is one of the finest player in game of Cricket. He's a gentleman, always been our pride and inspired fellow indians. However, In Indian cricket no former captain has retired gracefully. Almost everyone was kicked out in ugly fashion. Sachin's exit was better and thanks to his connections. Next is to make him work on strategy to convert all of his popularity to Congress votes. He might be given a ticket in next elections till that time he needs a government job - Sachin with help of Anjali and his good political friends / well-wishers managed to secure a cool / government job in RS for now.
