But in the case of your sister, the 7th lord is chasing the Lagna Lord; whereas the 7th lord Mars is far away from the Lagna Lord Venus; which is one of the reasons for the delay.

Thank you very much for keeping me informed of the developments on your side.

At present, your husband is running the final phase of Rahu dasa and Mars Bhukti. He belongs to Cancer Ascendant. Mars is most yogahara lord for Cancer native, because he is the lord of 5th and 10th houses; but he is debilitated (neecham) in the sign of Cancer. Even though there is cancellation of Neecham, Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga; this Rahu dasa and Mars Bhukti is the final phase of Rahu dasa, which is astrologically called the Dasa chidra; which period will always be one of the worst period, as far profession is concerned and there will be lot of set backs.

Also, the Bhukti lord Mars is third nakshtra from his Janma Nakshtra of Uthradam; which will also be set back for profession.

Whenever the dasa of Nakstra of third, fifth and 7th from the Janma Nakshtra, it will always be a adverse one; especially for matters concerning profession.

This period started on 10.03.2013 and will be over by 29.03.2014. So, in all probability, the problem would have started from 10th March, 2013 and likely to continue till 29th March, 2014.
While this is the position relating to the running dasa; then we have to look for any relief from the transit planets, especially the great saver of transit Jupiter.

The transit Jupiter (now at Gemini) is in the 12th sign from his Janma Lagna Cancer and sixth from his Moon sign (Capricorn). This is anther set back, and may taken as an added fuel for further sufferings.

Whenever, the transit Jupiter is in the 6th house from the Moon sign, there are chances cheating by the trusted people (even friends also); debt, litigation, leading to go over to Police station, for no fault of the individual.

While coming to the transit Saturn, he is in the Libra, which is 4th from his Janma Lagna and 10th from his Moon sign, causing Kendaga Sani.

It is true that your Moon sign is Aquarius (Kumbham) and your birth star of Chathayam; however, the birth time given by you is not precise.

Hence, I am not considering your Lagna, due to its doubtfulness.

However, based on the Moon sign, at present, you are running the dasa of Saturn and Venus; both of them are 2nd/12th from each other; which is not good for any event in the life, including the change of job.

Also, according to the transit Jupiter and Saturn, the time is also not supportive for change of any profession and you can attempt for the same after July, 2014.

I am not able to study the Dasamsa Chart, which is exclusively meant for studying the profession, due to doubtful time of birth.

Hence, for the time, be calm and things will get improved after Feb 2014

Based on the birth details given by me, the entire situation will get changed; because as per the birth time given by you earlier, his Lagna was Pisces; whereas; due to the revised birth time given by you, the Lagna gets changed from Pisces to Aquarius.

However, at present, the transit Saturn, who is in the 9th house, house of long travel, along with the 9th lord Venus (good for going over to prosperous country); directly aspecting the third house, leaving the family, from the home land; and also associated with the 12th lord Saturn. This is the faovurable position for continuance in abroad.

The transit Jupiter is now at Gemini, aspecting the natal Jupiter and also SAturn; out of which the aspect of transit Jupiter over natal Jupiter is very supportive for change of profession of better prospect.

These are the favourable position, as per his revised birth details.

However, there is an adverse situation in the chart.

In general, whenever the transit Saturn enters into the sign, where natal Sun is placed in the birth chart of any individual, the entire period, i.e. the period of nearly 2 1/2 years (Saturn stays in a house approximately 2 1/2 years because he is a very slow moving cold/sluggish planet, who is far away from solar system and he takes nearly 30 years to make one full round i.e. 2 1/2 years in each sign x 12 signs = 30 years) is likely to cause set backs, as far as profession is concerned.

In the chart of your husband, the Sun is in the sign of Libra; wherein both the transit Saturn and Rahu are very close to Sun (degreewise) and this could be one of the main reasons for his set back. In addition, in his chart, the saturn, representing the profession is closely associated by natal Rahu and also Sun; both the planets representing his boss - due to above reason, there are chances for rift with his superiors.

The charts of the children should not be taken up for study until he/she completes 12 years of age. Also, as a mother, you should not have consulted and sought for the predictions concerning the above; with any Astrologer(s) and it is highly unfair on the part of the Astrologer, whom you had met, to have told you, what you have narrated.

Please be cool and calm; she will have good education and if there is any minor problems concerning her health, especially her skin; please treat her and there will not be any skin related issues.
