Hi, we are looking for a apartment that fits within our budget of 45 to 50 lacs. One of the amenities that we require are lift and private terrace. We saw many apartments but could not find one till now. Can you pls provide your suggestions on this. We are searching around medavakkam to tambaram area. Anywhere near to this area should also be okay.
Yes, I too heard Akash Ganga has private terrace. But in general if u need amenities like private terrace and with the budget you have quoted, I would say look for smaller builders and those with 10-15 flats since there will be scope for customization. Sometimes builders with G + 2 Flats give option to the top floor person to have a private terrace (ofcourse at an extra cost). Most of the bigger projects might not have this option and even if they do have, it might cost a lot more than your budget. Just MO.
Hi deandany, Small builders go out of the way to give such private terrace, but please check if the plans are approved for such changes else it will be against the CMDA building rules

Checked Akash Ganga's floor plans. It seems that they provide some utility area but it ll be covered i think. It doesnt seem to be a open type.
hI, I think you have looked at floor plans for 1st to 3rd floor. The Private terrace flats are at the 4th floor(top floor- attached ) . Check with the builder for availability...
