Super soft idly Ingredients: 4 cup raw rice, 1 cup udadh dal 2 -21/2 cups poha ( if you use thick variety use 1 1/2 cups, if it is thin use 2 2 1/2 cups ) one pinch cooking soda Salt Method: soak rice and udath in a vessal for about 3-4 hours. while grinding wash and soak 'poha' and squeeze it . grind rice and dal. Mix with soaked 'poha' and add salt + one pinch of cooking soda allow it to ferment, then make idly as usual Note: "Poha" means "Aval" in Tamil and "Beaten Rice" in English

Thank y ou dear.............. ya I am coming here after a looooooooooong gap, I settled in India, so that settling time and also I was searching a girl for Krishna ............. 2 big works .......... I did both, we settled in Bangalore and also we selected a nice girl for Krishna and also did his marriage so I am somewhat free now

i dont have a recipe of different idly batter, but we make this recipe with the leftover idlies:: IDLY UPMA: (image taken from net, but looks same as we make) ingredients: > leftover idlies, cut in chunks > finely sliced onions >chopped green chillies > finely chopped garlic > mustard seeds > whole red chillies > a few curry leaves > dry spices (turmeric, redchilly and salt) > garam masala/ sambhar powder ( very little) > oil > chopped coriander leaves for garnish method:: > put oil in a kadhai, and then put mustard seeds, whole red chilly & curry leaves. > put onions , garlic and green chillies and saute for a little while. > put cut idlies and dry spices, mix well. > put garam masala/sambhar pwder and chopped coriander. > serve hot tip: you can also add a dash of lime juice as per choice.
