Buddies Required!!! Lose 3kgs by 31st July

    Yesterday's update

    Bf : 1 aloo paratha and 1 cup tea

    after two hours had banana

    lunch : rice with curry.1/2 bowl curd and salad

    snack 1 cup tea with puffed rice bhel

    dinner same as lunch



    exercise:

    morning : 30 min walk + 15 suryanamaskar
    evening 30 min walk

    Hi Sri,

    Happy holidays.
    I had a tab on the food.
    I went for pasta compared to French fries as I am a veggie I have fewer options.
    Also We went to GURU restaurant in Niagara for Indian food. It was good.
    But I was on the Canada side dear.

    I will not be following any strict diet or exercise for this week.
    As I am taking a break :)
    To feel comfortable in this weight for this week.
    And then break the plateau.
    So no updates from my end. But I will be there to support all you guys.

    I hope you got the points system.
    Its just we pick up few thing we want to follow.
    And give points to each activity.
    And on daily /weekly basis we asses our points.
    More points more we can reach our goal.
    All the best.

    Your friend reduced 10 kg in 3 months. Really? Did she regain again?
    or remained in the same weight. It's a good drop dear.

    July - 4

    coffee
    1 chapathi with tea
    few nuts
    broken wheat, sambar,carrot beans curry
    coffee
    outside dinner - Onion uttappam,1 chapathi with sambar chutney(very hungry)


    If im not taking proper brkfast, whole day i will be hungry and end up eating something...

    eliptical - 45 mins
    floor workout for thighs and arms - 20mins
    water - 4 ltr


    July - 5

    dhokla, mint chutney
    coffee
    2 chapathi, dhal makhani, 2 egg white
    orange oats drink(outside), choclate
    Coffee
    Pongal,chutney

    No excercise, water less than 3 ltr
    Roamed outside from noon till late evening...so tired
    weekends are bad, will slip from diet and eat something which i cook for hubby...

    How do u manage weekends? U wont carve for food that u cook for ur hubby and kids?
    and mostly after roaming a lot on weekends, i feel very lazy to cook... Wht to do ? how u manage with kids?

    Weekend went well with no junk and outside food... Made all efforts to avoid them....

    Update for 4th July 2013

    Breakfast: 2 Dosa
    Banana
    Lunch: Rice with dal and spinach + Kovkkai fry + ½ omlette
    Apple
    Evening: Coffee + 2 slice of brown bread + nuts
    Dinner: 2 Chapathis with dal and spinach
    Pop corn
    Mango

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 60 mins

    Breakfast: 2 Dosa with coconut chutney
    Avocado + cherry + water melon
    Lunch: Rice with prawn curry + fish fry
    Pop corn
    Banana + 2 cashews
    Evening: Coffee + 1 slice of brown bread + small piece of chocolate
    Dinner: Curd rice with prawn curry + fish fry

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 20 mins

    on weekendss i have guests all the time and cook all special dishes for my husband and friends... i dont get tempted to those foods. if at all tempted i take teaspoon and eat.. drink a glass of water.. still tempted i taske 1/2 spoon move away from the place.. or i remind my jeans(2 sizes lesser from my current jeans) which i bought when shopping. so my temptations go straight into trash.. and i will be in my dreams thinking the jeans i bought and my husband saying woww.. how exciting is that :) akineel just drink lots of water so u dont get tempted.. if ur crazy about eating sweets.. buy dates.. if u like salty.. try eating peanuts,almonds.. u definetly see change in u.. mostly i stick to my diet with the points system we having now in the thread. i dont cook all the time.. i cook 3 curries.. 1 for my husband 1 for my kids.. 1 curry with less oil and salt, usually my husband and kids complete the curries in 1 or 2 days.. but mine lasts upto 3 days:)
