    Sure it will be useful if we try to follow atleast some of them.

    It is always good to have a filling breakfast instead of skipping it.

    That way, we can avoid overeating during lunch time.

    Yes while dieting we must have break fast. Because the whole night we sleep without food, so it is better to break it. That will help you very much.
