    @Alpa,
    I came to know it two days before dear...sorry for the loss Alpa. but dont know how to approach you. felt so much delicate to communicate with you when you are in such condition... Let you take the time for yourself to accept what happened. You will always have her blessings with you...And our love and support ....
    you will be given the courage most needed at this time. I think you also have her little resemblance in you? I thought when I saw her pic...She loved you so much too...you will always be guarded by her in your life. Be bold Alpa!!!

    Dear All – how are you doing?, I messed up yesterday with no exercise and outside dinner (marriage function), but I know I can come back and I need to. So today, I am planning to take only Ragi and dal and greens.
    Today (27th June)
    Morning – Ragi kali, Kollu parupu and little greens
    Horlics and 2 sugar free biscuits
    Lunch & dinner – same as breakfast.
    Workout – 50mts brisk morning walk after pooja.

    Grandmother's affection is an unconditional one, very difficult to get from anybodyelse.

    Sorry to learn it Alpa. My thoughts are with you, during the days of your bereavement.

    Dear Everhappy,
    thank you for your lovely PM, grannies are grannies no matter what, my granny was not leaving with us, she was my dad's aunt who raised him they came to Kenya when my dad was a young boy and my dad's uncle ( brother to my dad's father) and my granny they both raised my dad and my granny kept him like her own son. She was very attached to dad. This is life.
    We shall truly miss her. Thank you all for your lovely messages, it does mean a lot.
    love
    alpa:cheers
