    Dear All,
    Yesterday’s diet (12th June):
    Morning -1 cup horlics & 2 dates
    BF – 3 dosas with dal
    11.30am – Ragi Poridge
    Lunch – Rice & Dal & Veggies
    4.30 pm – Bowl of fruits
    7.30pm – Rice water (Kanji)
    Did not go for a walk as I was tired.

    Today’s diet (13th June)
    Morning – 1cop horlics & 2 dates
    BF – 4 small idlies & coco**** chutney (am I eating more?)
    11.30am – Ragi porridge
    Lunch – rice & Kollu dal
    Snacks – Bowl of fruits.
    Today also did not go for a walk, will start from tomorrow.

    Todays Update

    1 Banana early morning

    Breakfast--upma with onion chutney

    snacks--small handful of peanuts

    Lunch ---1 chapathi roll with tuna

    Snacks---fruits

    Dinner---porridge or fruits....

    Another 400 gms down....

    Excercises

    Morning----cafemoms kickboxing--30 minutes
    Evening---Planning to go with LS walk---3 miles

    Water--2 litres by now,,,,by evening try to reach 3 litres

    happy to see you doing JM...
    I have been struck with loads of work dear... did not do consolidation ... will do it as soon as I can...
    Girls,sorry for the delay.

    My update for today:
    Water- 4 ltrs
    food- honey lemon water,ragi porridge
    watermelon,grapes
    2 chapati,zuchini curry,dal,yogurt
    tea
    dinner- 3 dosa,buttermilk
    watermelon

    exercise- 15 sets SN, 40 mins group cardio workout, 20 mins floor workout.

    My challenges for week 2:
    1. healthy snack all days-done
    2.floor workout- 5 days-3/5 days done
    3. gym- cardio- targeting 800 calories 2 days in a week-not yet
    4. 1 day fruit diet- combined with nuts and liquid soup in between-done


    Though I covered my challenges, I am not happy with my dinner...must have eaten more right!
    so, today's point- 0.5
    total point for this week- 1+1+0.5

    I thought it would be approx 200 ml once it's boiled...
