I am so happy for you! :thumbsup

I sometimes have oats porridge for breakfast, I like it's natural 'clean' flavour, and also I've been told that it's good for insomnia since it helps in calming the nerves.

This is the first I am hearing about it's weight reducing properties - I think I'll recommend it to an aunt who's been doing the weight watching thing for ages. Thanks OP.

I do oats porridge sometimes too, neither add similar spices to it like for masala chai like cinnamon, elaichi with additional bit cloves or black pepper or i add some apple peaces while cooking it with cinnamon (good in cold weather), other fruits fit well too but then the spices have to be added per kind of fruit :)

The good think about oats is that they stop hunger for longer time and its not too much of it needed to feel full...

Which masalas you use for masala oats porridge?

@ Evergreen: would be really great if you could use your recipes with us :) :) :)
