    Very bad day for me, weekend mania

    Had Biriyani for lunch, McDonald burger with ice cream for dinner

    Water : less
    Exercise : Rest

    BF: kellogs
    Break: coffee.
    Lunch:2spoon rice n vangibath masala.
    Break: coffee
    Dinner:upma

    Prepared gobi fry.tasted 1 floret as it was my first time doing the dish.
    Hubby ordered Pizza,first time I dint get tempted.
    I hapilly had my rava upma.

    Previusly when hubby had pizza in front of me, I pecked on only veggy
    Toppings.This time I dint even touch it.....yipppppeee


    Exercise:walked for 40 min.but not what i aimed for.
    So June 06 point 0.5


    June07:

    Bf: upma
    Break: small coffee
    Lunch: horsegram curry + 2 spoon rice( if i dnt take rice with that curry body become very hot)
    Any alternatuve? Tried to gave buttermilk as substitute dint suffice.
    Break: green tea.
    Dinner: salad + milk

    Exer: 40 mins
    June 07 point: 1

    Here comes the dreadful weekend.

    Seeing the number 100 I get reminded of math exam.

    Hi,

    Someone had asked after workout the person is feeling like having more food.
    Sorry I forgot the name.
    Even I used to feel the same...I felt like having something sweet.
    After work out I gave some time and had loads of water n then used to have fresh orange juice.
    Now my body has got used to exercise.so I don't crave for anything.
    Wish u all good luck for the weekend.

    Nice day for me

    only fruits whole day although it was weekend Yessssssssssssssss
    and work out too
    1 mile walk,5 surya namaskar and hip reducing exercise too. thanks sridevi for the links.

    and yes water 2.5 lts too

    Hi Friends,

    This week i could see a difference in my scale. :clap
    i went down to 67.2 from 67.9 kg.....:)

    hope i should continue to reduce in all 4 weeks to june to reach my target weight of 65kg...:thumbsup
