Buddies Required!!! Lose 3 kgs by 30th June

    Coffee 2 rusk
    1/4 croissant while feeding baby :(
    Coffee
    Rice,baingan,cabbage,dhal
    Coffee,apple
    Roti and dhal

    No excercise...no 3.5 ltr water
    Weekends totally spoils my diet...got to meet doc and dint have brkfast and end up eating littlr croissant.

    Todays update

    Breakfast-2 dosas chutney
    Lunch -2 chapathi- chicken curry
    Dinner-fruits with oats

    No challenges for weekend but will definitely avoid sweets and junk to get my score...
    Sunday effective need to water challenge..

    I always feel motivated when I read Anu's posts. It tempts me to drink water and excercise....Anu ur really helping me out...

    Update for June 6, 2013

    Green tea
    Breakfast: 3 Chapathis with Peas potato curry
    Half Apple
    Lunch: Rice with Rasam + Peas potato curry + Plantain fry + 1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
    Evening Snacks: Cooked soya beans + coffee
    Dinner: 2 slices of bread + banana (Actually, I got held up in the weekend shopping. But, didn't have junk. Came home and had a light dinner)

    Exercise: 45 mins
    Water: 3.5 litres

    Hi Anu & Sridevi

    All these numbers are quite unimaginable for me. I could just burn 100 calories in 30 mins and cover 2.5 km. Seeing all your posts, I just got a doubt whether my treadmill is working properly :)

    But, I am highly motivated by all your posts that has made me to exercise on a weekend day too... (after a long time)

    June 7 update

    Exercise:
    30 sets of SS
    15mins Pranayama

    Food:

    fenugreek with water 500ml
    triphala water 200ml with honey mixed
    BF: 1 bowl of poha+coconut chutney
    Lunch:1 n half bowl of rice+coconut gravy+bottle gourd bhaji
    Evening: 2 spns of sweet poha
    Dinner:1 glass of oats milk

    Water:2.5lit

    Challenges:

    30sets of suryanamaskar-success
    no sugar-success
    no malai-success
    1mile walk-Failure
    points: .75 (is this a valid point?)

    madhu..
    last yr i would hardly burn in 40mins that was a tough task.. slowly i walked daily for 5 months.. i happened to see a post on indusladies she burns 500cals daily, i thought to take it as cillhallenge.. that 500 number was huge.. but i gave it a try..i was success in that.. slowly increased to 500 to 700 gradually.. walking for 1 yr.. still i cant run that is my minus point...for a change i will give a try..

    madhu.. make a challenge to walk daily. u get addicted to walking. thank u madhu for taking me as a motivator

    keep the challenge for weekend.. we have to be tight for challenge .. so make ur own rule.. losing weight has lot of hardwork. but we should workhard in a healthyway.
