Hello Friends, Myself and Induslady have been exchanging some conversations around the best way to run a puzzle thread. Here is what we propose: Any one can post a puzzle in this thread for others to solve. Other members can post their solutions to the puzzle in this thread itself (no need to private message me with your answers). Once the puzzle is solved (confirmed by the original poster or other members), the next person can post their puzzle. This will ensure that for those who are interested in solving puzzles, there will always be an open puzzle to solve in this thread! Secondly, the quality of puzzles will improve as everyone will put their best puzzle for others to solve. Finally, it will give me the opportunity to try solving these puzzles and post all my (wrong) answers!!
Let me get this thread going! Let me get this thread started with a puzzle of mine! Yes, I created this puzzle and hence it is going to be very easy! induslady---solved puzzle Hi malathy I am giving PM to u. Plz go thru it and let me know if I am correct or not. Awaiting ur reply Gayathri.
Those are right answers. Hi Jaylakshmi/Gayathri, Your answers were right! For the benefit of others, can one of you explain how you solved the puzzle? Gayathri, there is no need to private message the poster of the puzzle. You can provide your answers in the thread itself. Priyum, Before I could respond to your doubt, Jaylakshmi and Gayathri have solved the puzzle. Sorry about that. Resetting the trip odometer was more for twisting the puzzle than a practical reality. Who is going to post the next puzzle? Malathy

Oh Malathy, I will run away somewhere if you give such puzzles, zi hate mathematics. My friend's grandpa was a school teacher and he used to ask us such puzzles. So if we sight him anywhere, we used to jump over the walls and escape from, this is not for joke but really we all did that. He is no more, poor soul.
