    Any one learn me how to make Gujarati Dhal ( i had this @ Gujarati restaurant with roti) this is very little masala, sweet, spicy a thiney dhal
    I wish this to be in my kitchen :) ...

    Once again thanks,

    as you said my kids also dosn't like the Peanuts, i told them next time I will make it without and with less Jaggery.
    can we replace Sugar in place of Jaggery ?

    instead of tuar dal you can use green gram (moong dal) also.even with out sugar/jaggery it tastes nice.when you serve this to your child if you wish you can add sugar in his bowl.
    if you add kasuri methi at the last it adds extra flavour.

    actually my kids dont mind peanuts, they just dont like it in the dal!
    its okay to use sugar.

    It turn out to be good...my son who are not fond with dal love it coz it was little sweet. Thank you again.
