    Any Downton Abbey fans here?

    For those who don't watch here it is: It airs on PBS every sunday. Now season 3 is over and we have to wait until next year for season 4:-(

    It is a British period drama set in the fictional yorkshire estate depicting the lives of aristocrats.it revolves around the events in world war 1, Spanish influenza, Irish revolutionary, sinking of the Titanic and many more.

    I am very addicted to this show for the lavish setting (actually filmed in Highclere castle in Hampshire, the costumes and the interesting characters.

    Since I am not sure whether it airs in India, posted here in this forum.

    I love it. Season 1 and 2 are available on Hulu Plus and I have to watch few episodes from Season 3. I think it is available on pbs.org.

    glad to see another fan of DA. I missed a few episodes on season 1. Season 3 was amazing..
    Who is your favorite character? I love Maggie Smith, and also Mathew and Mary and just about everyone else.
    I wish there was something similar in Indian Tv that centers around the 1920's about the lives of the common as well as aristocrats.

    it was devastating to see the way Mathew was let go. Apparently the actor is acting in a broadway musical. I am trying to watch "Monarch of the Glen"--Jullien Fellows was in it.

    Love love love this show ! Matthew is such a hottie. Like majority, I like Maggie Smith too. She has the best one liners in the show.

    Did you guys watch Sherlock Holmes on PBS? If not, give it a try. It is a really really good show. New episodes are supposed to air this summer. Cant wait !

    so nice to see another DA fan! The crisp dialogue, the settings, the actors, story--I love each one of them.
    I have not watched Sherlock Holmes but have "Shakespeare uncovered" episodes recorded and waiting to be seen!
    Sure will record "Sherlock Holmes" and catch up!

    Nice to meet fellow DA fan :) Yea DA and The Bachelor are my guilty pleasures right now. I didnt know about Shakespeare show..I'll look for it. Thanks for letting me know :)

    btw,have u seen O'Brien's real life picture? She is gorgeous! Look it up if you haven't. Any other shows u recommend?

    On PBS, I loved "As Time Goes By" series..I watch all those Brit comedies. I record all Masterpiece shows.

    O'Brien sure looks pretty in person. Sybil and Branson look so good together. When does " As time goes by" air?

    I watched "Call the Midwife" on PBS and it is set to return for the second series. Jessica Raine is real cute!
