    Yeh even m working... its very difficult to manage all bt as my mum is in the same town so i have all the help... me n my DH only cook on Sundays... rest all days my mum sends tiffin to us...

    m working in a travel industry in sales filed... so lost of work load these days... as its our season... i want to resign ASAP bt my DH wants me to work till apr end... so i'll only go on Maternity leave as my 9th month starts... Aslo my company provides maternity cover so we'll be taking that benifit as well...

    Even i sometimes feels breathlessness.. specially when m sleeping.. bt that cound be because m sleeping on my back.. that gives a lot of pressure on our heart to pump blood... bt do consult your gyne...

    Even i have a lot of back pain... i have started walking regulargly... and i keep a pillow when i sit ... these are the things which are helping me...

    Also i have read somewhere that the growing uterus pushes the stomach... try eating in intervals.. not all at once... this will help you a lot.. if possible make a time table for you.. i have and its been really helpful...

    Hi Nithyau,

    Yes, the space in the stomach is supposed to reduce because of the expanding uterus (but don't worry, your appetite will be back with a bang after the baby is here :)
    My doctor had recommended eating several small meals as opposed to 3 large ones (plus, eating small quantities throughout the day can also help prevent the blood sugar levels from plumetting, if low BP is a concern).

    Some prenatal yoga postures also help with back pain. Look up the cat/cow poses --there's a Youtube video that comes up if you Google 'cat cow yoga pose'. Personally, I felt this pose gives a pretty good stretch to the back, and helped me with the constant back ache I had during my last pregnancy.

    Hi Nithyau.. We should eat small small amount of food in every 2 hours.. to avoid mid night hunger u can have a cup of milk before going to bed.. and after waking up in the morning eat some fruit or something ASAP..

    m with you.. i have also put on 7-8 kg till now.. my next visit to the gyne is on 1st march.. lets see wats the status then :)

    Hi Moms to be,

    I am very happy/excited to join this club. I have been following this thread for a while and decided to post my status after my anomoly scan. So far everything going great by God's grace.

    This is my second baby (after losing my precious first baby last year ) and hence kept low profile here.. Strongly hope that everything will be fine this time since my baby is super active and my EDD is on June 25th. I have completed 22 weeks.
