    Dear Chithu,
Accepted ur special kisses!! yes, Gita posts have helped me a lot.I did realise that its just a game that i lost , but with blessings from almighty and from people like you, i have been able to live/have a wonderful life.So i'm a winner in that aspect. When i look at this forum with so many women having lost happiness in their lifes, my pain is nothing.I thank god for that.

P.S: "R" was most supportive and consoling yesday when i broke up after seeing the results. What more shud i expect?

    Dear Gayathri,
Cabbage paratha has become infectious & is "creating waves" !
Turdhal oothappam is ancient of ancient recipes of amma - but cannot be surpassed in taste !
    Thanks, Gayathri.
    Love,
    Chithra.

Dear cm felt very happy seeing the A-Z index of the recipes. Now it becomes very easy to search But at the same time i could also feel how difficult it is to arrange it in order You are doing a great job and favour for all of us. BTW i have done a large amount of parupu ussili and adding it to all the vegetables whatever i cook. Also tried oats dosai very tasty Thank You. Bye.

    Dear Mrs.Chitra,
Made Lemon Dhal and Carrot methi sabji today. Both were awesome. Very colorful, delicious and yet very simple to make with less ingredients. They were ready in a jiffy. Tasted great with phulkas.
    Thankyou for the recipes.
    Regards,
    Deepa

    Dear SB,
    Thanks a ton.
Though it is time consuming, I really think it is going to be easy to search recipes in my forum & that is exactly what I want.
Yes, I too stock a few ziplock covers of paruppusili always for an emergency to add on to vegs. It is a very good idea, SB.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Deepa,
Lemon dhal proportion, like the dhal-fry proportion is just perfect & creamy fore our taste buds. We can use it as "kalathukku paruppu" when we make vathakuzambu, vendaya kuzambu, miLaku kuzambu etc.
Carrot-methi seems t have found a favour with many, to my surprise !
    Thanks.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Chitra madam,
During weekend (Sat) i made Rava Dosa, variety II, using Chiroti rava. I followed the receipe as it is and soaked all the ingradients in a very thin butter-milk. The tips given by you was very useful. I added pepper powder, jeera, ginger, etc. The dosa came out very well, crispy and taste was too good. On Sunday i made Appam as per the proportions given by you. Appam also came out well, very soft and had with sweet coconut milk.
Thank u very much for giving such wonderful tips and steps for making the dishes. I am planning to make lapsi dosa tomorrow and feedback on day-after-tomorrow.

    Thank u once again,
    Nandhini.
