They have a library inside their campus itself. But i don't know whether they are allowing outsiders for references. Hai Anitha, Thanks for yr information. It's termed as M.H.R.M. (Master of Human Resouce Management) 2 yrs PG course. Today I've got my results. THANK GOD, I'd gone thro' all the 3 papers which i wrote. Inspite of taking a lot of pain, marks were not upto my expections. Regards

Dear Anitha, Thanks for yr encouragement. I do the course thro' "Annamalai University" DDE I still have 3 more papers to complete the course. Among them "Total Quality in Human Resource" makes me mad.... The study material seems to be tooo....... dry. Is there any good books available exclusively for tq hrm, I already have some collection of HR books in which i could'nt findout this dry one. Did u had this paper in yr course ? One more paper "Organisation development and Management of Change" - need some clarrification on this too. PLEASE HELP!
