If you have bread you can prepare a eggless french toast. Take some rava mix it with curds, add spices, coriander leaves and salt. The dip should be a bit thick. Dip cut bread slices and place it on a hot tawa and toast on both sides, keep the stove in sim,you can add oil or ghee to toast. You can make mixture of cinnamon powder with powdered sugar and toast it on both the sides. The same can be done with banana and powdered brown sugar. You can make a sandwich. Fruits can be cut,add milkmaid,or honey and top it with powdered nuts. Marinate paneer with spices and toast in a tawa,or grill or bake. Soak poha in hot milk add sugar and have it. Boil potatoes in micro wave mash it ,add bread and spices and make bondas. Cook semiya ,remove the water after it has cooled down a bit,mix it with half a cup of curds, add your own spices let it rest for 10 minutes, then make dosas.

If none of this pleases, i have some baked cookies in the jar, that could go with some hersheys chocolate milk shake.. if she wants none of this have apples, oranges, some dates, and nuts to be eaten along with some custard... have pasta that could take 15 minutes but kids and pasta they don't mind the wait. have noodles too.. not bad...have two teenagers and it helps to be prepared..
