safe cold medicine while breastfeeding!!

    I am breastfeeding my 3 month old sonand I have a hellious cold., stuffy nose, sneezing, sinus pressure,body ache,watery eyes ,anyone pls help with some home remedies to clear the cold ?

    U cud get adhimadhuram and kashaaya powder from naatu marundhu shop in India and stock it and whenever u get cold or fever, u cud add this powder and boil it and then drink it. I am doing that whenever me or my hubby gets cold..

    thanks for information , i use to take adhimadhuram,jeeragam with panai vellam put those in boil water and drink that kashaayam for the cold &cough.. but this time is not working for me....
    dr says i got the allergies due to the weather changes...
