    sweet mini idlis

    riceflour-2 cups
    tendercoconut water-1 cup (big cup)
    yeast -1 spoon
nestle sweetened condensed milk -1 tin
    salt- a pinch

this is my invention and it was a success (at home, obvious!)
    hope you also like it.......

mix every thing well and make a thick consistency like dosabatter.
keep for 2-3 hours(let it ferment nicely)

pour in mini idli moulds, steam for 15 minutes on low flame.
    garnish with sliced almonds

    use after 3-4 hours.........

my dd likes it very much
can pack as a tiffin for kids

    Hi
    bunny dear,
hope you had a smashing diwali
happy to hear that u tried the recipe.
generally there is a mis conception that if we add more and more ingredients(spices) then only the curry will be tasty.
but it can be simple and tasty with simple recipes too
    regards
    vidya
