(one table spoon each) add salt knead well,keep in fridge for an hour. take it ,keep outside for half an hour. make special chappathis

yummy cashew nut curry everybody is after sweets,well i want to be different......... so here goes! boil 20-25 cashews in water for 15 minutes strain water keep aside. chop 2 green chillies,2 onions,garlic one pod saute well .add 2 cloves and cardamom . add turmeric and salt add cashews and saute well. add one cup thick coconut milk. cook on low flame for 5 minutes garnish with chopped corriander. thats it happy diwali
I think and think for months, for years; 99 times the conclusion is wrong, but the hundredth it is right. and i think i am newton in kitchen here goes another vareity of chappathi,and i am posting whatever i tried in my kitchen atta-2 cups olive oil-4 spoons jeera-1 spoon mtr chutney powder-3 spoonful green chilly chopped-2 salt knead every thing well to make a spicy new chappathi now thats a good publicity for mtr enjoy!
sweet mini idlis riceflour-2 cups tendercoconut water-1 cup (big cup) yeast -1 spoon nestle sweetened condensed milk -1 tin salt- a pinch this is my invention and it was a success (at home,obvious!) hope you also like it....... mix every thing well and make a thick consistency like dosabatter. keep for 2-3 hours(let it ferment nicely) pour in mini idli moulds,steam for 15 minutes on low flame. garnish with sliced almonds use after 3-4 hours......... my dd likes it very much can pack as a tiffin for kids
