    Dear SB,
    Thanks.
It is better to assess how hot our chilli powder is, before adding in our cooking !
    Be careful !
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Chithra,
made coriander parata for breakfast, just very very tasty. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.
I was looking up the mock cream , getting fresh cream is kuthirai kombu even in Anna Nagar Nilgris. Am not making black forest just because of non availability of fresh cream.
Is castor sugar the ordinary sugar or powdered sugar? Will the cream stay good for a day or two in fridge?

    Dear Chitra madam,
I made ball and stick payasam. The taste came out well. But the sabhudana was not seen full in its shape after cooking, got mixed up and paysam became thick. What mistake i did, i am not able to find.
But when i make only sabhudana payasam, after soaking it for 20 minutes, it came out well. For ball and stick payasam, is it due to improper frying.., i don't know. Pl clarify.
In Nilgiris, i found two types of sabhudana, a normal one and wax sabhudana. When two use these varieties and also for the payasam?

    Thanks and Regards,
    Nandhini

    Dear Chitra mami,

Regarding the Amla morabba, i went thru your recipe but found that you have grated Amla. Cani I use it as a whole and if yes, should I boil the same? Kindly let me know the procedure involved in this?

    Dear chithra,
Yesterday for dinner I made lapsi kozukattai with onion gotsu , I was not able to make kozukattai it was very soft anyhow somehow i steamed it but had to eat like pongal anyhow we liked the taste. I think the lapsi i used was fine so less water should be used , but the combination with onion gotsu was tasty.
    Lots of love,
    latha

    Dear nandhini,
Why don't you repeat your query instead of my searching for it, please.
    Love,
    Chithra.
