I would like to know if anyone has been into HR Consultancy&Recruitment. I have a few contacts who can source for candidates, hence would like to have some lead on the Employer Front who would need candidates, specially in the IT industry. I will be based in Singapore. Poornidaya, I think you can check out consultancies that have referrals programmes...and also companies that have referral programmes..This scheme helps you get a percentage as a fee for referral.. I have not heard any success stories..but have come across such schemes in the IT sector.. hope it helps...
