    We will be going to Catalina next month for snorkeling I am really excited about that. Balboa is next to newport beach and the ferry ride is just $1 per person :) catalina ferry is like $72 round trip I am hoping that Catalina will be worth it.

    Hi Knbg,
    Last week we visited Natural History museum. Compared to American museum of natural history in Newyork, LA`s museum is very small. Animals exhibits are same replica as in Newyork. But the best in this museum is the GEMS AND MINERALS wing. Amazing and most expensive collection. California is the top most state in gems production. I hope you enjoyed that wing too. In this wing you can see all kinds of stones. you name it, you see it.

    Thanks! Ya we have the groupon but the ferry ride itself is $72 round trip. We will be snorkeling there for 2 hours I am not sure what else we will be doing.
