Glass painting - Happy Easter

Dear Friends,
After a while I wanted to resume glasspainting. One evening Hubby got me the colors and glass and the next day orning my sweet sister gave me a hint about a picture that came in malayala manorama easter special newspaper.
After the days cooking hungama got over i quickly did this.

I have some questions here.. the bubbles.. however I try they are appearing.
What kind of framing should i do? should I keep foil below or use plain white background?
