    Dear Cm
Thank you very much for liking my avataar. This coming week i am planning to repeat all your dishes as my child's examinations are nearing feel like concentrating on her. Even though she is in LKG i personally feel the foundation should be good as how my mom taught me. Hence planned to try new recipes after exams are over. Till then Bye. Take care.

    Dear SB,
I fully agree with you. Coaching the children takes priority over everthing else.
Please take your break & come back.

    Dear Chitra,
Some of the recipes I prepared the past few days. Ennai katharikai kuzambu, made to a kootu consistency and had with rotis. Absolutely delicious and went well as a side dish too. These days eggplants taste a little more interesting. I wonder whytsk

Greens oothappam was soft, added methi leaves and to go with it made Tomato Jain chutney. Was prepared in a jiffy.

Next was plum rasam. Surely a comfort food was sweet and sour and we were literally drinking it from our bowls.

Sweet potato thoi. I don't cook a lot of SP but this one is sure a keeper. Goes well with rice and sure a different dish to add to my collection. Thanks for sharing all these recipes with us.See you soon.

    Love,

    Dear Radhanjana,
    Thanks.
Believe me, when I posted green chillies rasam last evening, I did remember you! Now that you are back again, I will post orange & pomegranate rasam !!
Please include a little more of sweet potato. I tried 2 salads with it & both were yummy ! My friend who is a diabetic & who goes to US regularly says, she was advised by the doctors there to definitely include SP. I was really surprised ! You may try to get more information & throw some light on the subject.
    Love,
    Chithra.
