Normally, this will position will be prevalent according to the chart of the native, wife, and also children.

Your sister's husband belongs to Leo Ascendant.

His 8th house is Pisces, owned by Jupiter and the Jupiter is placed in the house of Libra; where the transit Saturn has moved from 15th Nov 2011. His Jupiter is in 4 deg and 48 minutes in Virgo. Hence, there are possibilities for any endanger between 03 deg 20 min and 06.40 min. The day of incident, the transit Saturn was in 3 degree and 39 minutes, which is a clear indication.
