    hello ladies,
    now,i just had an idea of spreading some good things to people through foods..i just want to discuss with everybody about bananas..i have seen so many people going for expensive fruits thinking that those fruits can give essential vitamins they need!! But for any kind of people banana helps a lot!! It helps to cure constipation problems,good for skin,and gives instant energy to all!! you can have even 6 to 7 bananas per day!! the white soft part inside the banana skin can be used to rub the skin for glowiness...If anybody knows anything more about bananas,am waiting for inputs....

    Hi rya

    Thank you for sharing nice information regarding bananas. It is

    very good for the health especially for the children. Taking bananas

    regularly is very good. But I have a doubt, for health conscious

    people(those who r obese) if they eat daily they will put up more weight.


    Is it right? please clarify my doubt..

    Hi all
    M very fond of fruits , i used to eat all fruits except bananas dont know why , but now from few days i have started eating them.My friends say eating on banana you will put on weight is that true.

    thank you very much for your replies..As far as i know,yes,banana helps to put on weight..but stop! you can take bananas everyday but not after full meals..because i heard from dietician that eating fruits immediately after full meal like rice(bad carbs) and everything, you will definitely put on weight..So,reducing rice intake,like you can take small plate of rice instead of large plate and increasing your fruit intake(not immediately after meal) helps to have a balance diet..because if you reduce rice in your diet it increases your cravings for more food (after sometime your meal)..In that time,if you take bananas,it gives instant energy and it has so many good things..i hope the below link will be useful to you all..

    i have seen people not totally taking rice in diet,eating bananas and other fruits,they still be slim..(but i cannot do thattsk,because i will be tired without rice)

    Hi ladies,

    One thing I have found reg bananas is the importance of its variety. In India everyone suggests banana for good digestion. But here in US, bananas cause constipation. I found this the hardway from my kid. :)

    So find out which variety of banana you are eating. Of course it has lot of potassium and other nutrients which are very good for health.

    When I had gestational diabetes and maintaing calorie intake, dietician said not to have banana for breakfast. Dont know the exact reason.

    But if u dont have diabetes, having a banana as such or in a smoothie is a real healthy breakfast.

    Go Bananas!
