Weight Loss team - To shed weight permanently

    Hi friends

    As per my new year resolution, i have started implementing it............:yes::yes::2thumbsup:

    Monday/wednesday/friday -

    Early morning: tomatoes ( 2 or 3) - empty stomach

    7.30am - Coffee with sugar.........

    Breakfast : something whatever available (lesser quantity,since i have to do workouts in gym, cant do with full stomach)

    Lunch: jus a VERY SMALL cup of rice with plenty of veg side dish/sambar/rasam etc

    Evening : coffee with sugar

    Dinner : any tiffin very lesser quantity....

    Tuesday/thursday and weekends:

    NO RICE NO RICE NO RICE:cry::cry::yes::bang:bang:bang

    struggling with myself to have control .........will have 2 dosa with mixed vegetables like onion,tomato,carrot,cabbage...........eat for long time.........

    for dinner also the same........roti/dosa/or anything very less quantity....

    HAVE PLENTY OF BUTTERMILK...............if i feel hungry......

    or else CABBAGE SOUP FOR DINNER.........

    Not stopped eating snacks till this minute........

    I dont want to do any crash diet plan...........i know i will fail very soon..........

    BUT IAM SURE.I HAVE REDUCED MY RICE INTAKE.....AND INCREASED SOUPS,VEGGIE.......HOPE WHICH WILL DEFINITELY HELP TO REDUCE WEIGHT.

    When I go to gym and check my weight everyday, it shows 2 ounces less very day.
    I am happy about it.

    Hi Lata,
    To ur plan, you could add negative caloried fruits and 8 glasses of warm water.
    Weight loss can be accomplished by diet and exercise.
    SO start with your workout too....

    Hi all,
    I have started frm today my gm diet .Acutally i was in morning thinking to do gm diet and aslo started with good start like..
    MOR-tea
    cabbage soup
    protein shake (with half water half milk as i didnt had fat free milk)
    papaya,but then had puffed rice mix with very little tamato and onins and salt(puffed rice very little i had)one multivitamin tablet..
    then grapefruit juice which is said to reduse weight . hope i dont touch any wheat and rice..and continue..is it ok to eat little of puffed rice sometimes during these 7 days

    Latha yaar I am happy that your burning desire has started again

    implement and keep up your good work and tell the result coz i am also

    in the same way but still not getting desire for me.
