Vitamine E oil.

    Hi everybody.

    i just bought a bottle of vitamine E oil..it's very sticky ....i would like to know if i have to use diluted or not?

    if some of you are using it what are the benefits for the skin?

    Hi Huma,
    When there r natural oils , why do u hav to go after the artificial ones. Almond oil, olive oil works best for skin.. If u want to go deep into it why dont u try some ayurvedic web sites. You'll get a lot of info there.

    Hi. I use vitamin oil on burn marks and it really helps in fading them faster.:hatsoff

    Do anyone have experince with vitamin E oil applied to face or body. If so, please give your feedback:).

    I tried this once and ended up with acne's. But i have heard vitamin e oil is good for the skin. I'am guessing i had this problem cos my face is oily.

    There is a pill called evion and also an ointment of the same name. They worked for me.

    Rumyar, within how many days you seen side effect on your face? I am using pure vitamin e oil for two days but didn't see any side effect yet. Only at night time I am using for face and after I take shower I apply vit e oil for whole body to prevent stretch mark in future. The winter time starting here I think it will keep away dryness from skin. I am not sure whether its good to apply on the skin daily or not. Thanks for your reply!

    Thanks priya_mommy but some on net saying it may open pore by continue use since its oil:spin but I like it the way it keep my skin soft without dryness:thumbsup

    Sharmy, if you buy a good brand definitely good you will get best results.
