One of Kuala Lumpur’s most frequented tourist attractions; Batu Caves is a limestone hill comprising three main caves and a few smaller ones.
There is a beautiful place called Kuantan about 260 kms from KL very nice beach n there is a turle sanctuary which is near club med, many water sport activities ideal family getaway for 2 - 3 days sonu
Interesting..Good to hear u had a good time there, Sonu..The last time we went in June '11, there was renovation in progress. They were trying to build a mini amusement park for the kids, train ride etc..Sand, bricks everywhere. Is that all complete now?
R u refering to the Kanching water falls or kuantan? we did not see any such amusement park nearby both the places mayb we missed spotting it but neither of them had any such issue as of now, plan a trip again sonu
Coming back to this thread once again, I am currently searching for a 2-3 days getaway somewhere near KL> with a 1 year old.. Have already been to Genting, Cameron, BUkit tinngi, and the like.. As its heavily raining these days, I guess beaches wouldnt be fun.. Where to go? Any ideas?ideasmiley
Hi Vemala, Thanks for the idea.. Bird park/ Butterfly park would be good.. But as adults, we have seen that few times.. and I thought it might be boring for me and Dh. We were looking for a place that we haven't gone earlier, any other suggestion?
