Hello friends, Did anyone have experience in selling items in Ebay India? Is there any other online sites that allows free listing of our items? Please help me with your points.
HI Parvathy, I know this reply is very late. Why dont you open a blog on your own and market the same your facebook and twitter??
thanks for the suggestions dear. I have a Facebook page and a blog too.I have listed those in directory under jewellery making /bangalore But there is not much sale through these pages. So thought of selling it through eBay. Or I am planning to participate in some exhibitions ,so that large number of people can come and see my works.
You can open up an Online Shop in Ebay. Ebay works this way: You can sell an item by either 'Buy It now' or 'Bidding'. When a purchaser pays an item, it wont be transfered to you at once. The money is retained back by Paisa Pay. (An financial management system of Ebay). There will be a fixed delivery date given to you before which you should ship the item. You should provide your Courier details with TRacking ID. Ebay has around 30 Courier Companies registered. The Courier details will be sent to the purchaser. When the Purchaser confirms the item is received, the money will be transfered to you by Paisa pay. If not, Purchaser has the ability to get the refund back from Paisa Pay if the Item is NOT recieved by him before the delivery date. Ebay on the whole is a best place as they manage every feedback and rating of yours which allows the Buyer to buy yours. Ebay has lot of options when it comes to selling.
