    I am feeling guilty
    Lost some control over diet during the week-end
    Had some really oily stuff and 1 small cadbury silk bar too
    Put on 1.5 kg.......
    Feeling really guilty.:bonk

    what do you eat in between meals, avoid rice at night, google exercises for lower body you will get many, the best is brisk walking, aerobics and body toning. INclude fruits and protiens in your diet

    Hi ALPA,

    Logging after a long time. From last week i started working out at home with Leslie. Doing 3 miles daily.
    Also trying to incorporate atleast 10 surya namaskars daily.

    Food also i am able to control myself to limited quantities.

    I have not checked my weight recently. Hope the weighing scale shows a downtrend .

    mng : around 2 litres hotwater + methi seeds
    bf : Oats upma + 2 dates
    mid mng : 1 banana
    lunch : 2 phulkas + steamed veg sabji + dal
    evening : 4 almons soaked + 1 digestive biscuit
    dinner : friut salad
    before bed : 1 cup of milk with ovaltine
    4 litres of water

    exercise:
    25 min elliptical trainer
    2 miles leslie walk
    1 hr brisk walking...

    Yes there is a change in the way my clothes fit me these days. They became bit loose.

    I will try to continue the same diet and exercise and planning to check my weight may be after 15 days.

    Dear SHSK,
    you diet is good but you need to include some fruits in your diet, fruits are very essential. please do that. Reduce rotis at night have only one and then have a fruit after an hour or so like an apple it will feel up your tummy. Also drink at least 2 litres of hot water

    mid mng: 4-5 dates
    lunch : 3 chappathis + veg subji
    evening : 4 soaked almonds
    nite : 1 apple + milk with ovaltine
    water : 4.5 litres

    exercise:
    leslie walk : 3 miles
    elliptical trainer : 20 mins
