    Use coconut oil

    Hi Lakshmi,

    Welcome here........................

You can use coconut oil.Just rub a little coconut oil on the inside of the shoe/sandal etc and leave it overnight. This allows the oil to really soften the shoe. You can wear your shoe the next day with removing the oil.

    Cheers[IMG]

    Hi Lakshmi

Here is a small tip for shoe bite

Apply little coconut oil on the shoe/chappal before using it, This coconut oil must be applied atleast 24hrs before using the chappal.

    It is a common problem!

    Lakshmi,

Shoe bite is a common problem! I guess we ladies go through it more than the men, for we prefer buying a variets of shoes and sandals matching our dresses.

I am not too sure about this application of coconut oil to the sandals. For I have heard that applying oil to leather would make it worn out soon.

Alternatively, I would recommend you use cotton in the grippy areas whenever you use new shoes/sandals. Once you get used to it, you can get rid of the cotton. This is more safe and hygenic too.
