    hello friends,can you tell me which one is better ,an otg or a microwave .which one makes food tastier.we are a family of 7 and love non veg grilled preparations,some are fond of cakes and cookies also .i want to get myself either of the two for eid can you help me?regards, humera.

    Hi friend,
    I am veg but I use micro mainly for heating..the new models cannot be used for long periods of time continuously----I know the manufacturers paint different picturetsk
    secondly--grill is a grill hence OTG is a must have--2nd purchase can be micro

    hi,i feel otg is 100 % best choicefor non_veg food grilling and even for baking cakes ,cookies .
    as do almost all thses cooking in otg since 7years ,i use microwave mostly for reheating.
    have nice id celebrations

    you should go for microwave oven which has multiple functions-
    1.microwave-used for cooking and steaming-like cooking rice, dhokla,idli,vegetables...nonveg preprations.
    2.Grill:-Grilling tikkas..veg & non veg both.
    3.convection:-It is just like OTG... I must say it is better than OTG...you can bake cookies, cakes etc also your non vegetarian dishes.
    Microwave oven has some other functions like.....microwave +grill and microwave + convection for speedy cooking.
    Is this information enough for you. [​IMG]feel free ask more.

    OTG- you can bake only cookies&cakes..
    convection microwave oven- you can do cooking, grilling& baking cakes..etc.
