    Hai sapna,

remove the roots and keep the coriander leaves in a stainless steel box...it will remain fresh for 3 or 4 days..

    Hi Saras,

Your tip was extremely valuable to me as I am crazy of Corriander Leaves and I end up buying a big bunch every time I go to the veg mall. They stay so fresh as though I have just bought it.

You are great buddy... Keep sharing such valuable tips.

Also tell me how to store leafy vegetables...

    Hi Malsu,

Even I m not too sure about storing green leaves. I tried by placing a tissue paper in plastic bag alongwith the green leaves....it stays like that ...but not for too long.

Day before yesterday I threw a bunch of palak into the dustbin:biggrin2:, b'coz it started getting black.

Maybe somebody will come out with their tips....

    bye

cut the roots and wrap in a paper then only put in a box or plastic bag.
change the paper after three days.
It will remain fresh for maximum eight days.
