    It seems that if we could eat fresh raw vegetables and fruits, nothing could come near to us. Though we all know that, we are lazy to maintain our health.

    Hi Mithy beauty!

    Sure...take one carrot per day with tomato. It is good for both skin and eyes. (It's the best tip than any other)

    ---> For skin without any pimples and black, use Orange as face mask. (Don't use orange and lemon always...i.e twice or thrice per day.)

    ---> If you get pimples because of heat, then use cucumber as face mask. Keep that on your skin for maximum 8-10 minutes. Then wash your face with chill water.

    ---> Don't use cosmetics or any lotion.Then you could not get better results.

    Try to keep your skin hydrated always..Having the required amount of water and applying good moisturizing lotion ensures smooth skin :)

    Foods for Kidney stones:
    If you have kidney stone problems, do follow these:
    ---> Avoid more amount of grape juices

    ---> Drink more water as to go for urine

    ---> Don't take frozen foods and fast foods

    ---> Some spinach and nuts increases oxlate level in urine.so don't take all spinach and nuts without doctors advice

    ---> Reduce some amount of salt in foods whatever it is

    ---> Apple, cereals, wheat bread, Scrambled eggs could be taken.

    hai priya,
    good to say about kidney stone.
    When we don't drink enough water, the salts, minerals, and other substances in the urine can stick together and form a stone. This is the most common cause of kidney stones.
    One important thing is, we should not control our urine........we must pass out whenever we have that intention......
