    Hello uncle,
I have been wanting to write this for a while, today have made it. Also, it doesnt fit in this thread but put it here, since this is the latest thread

Here is a bit of background about me. I work for a big organization in the US. With the name "big" can be associated a lot of other adjectives - Team comprises of a bunch of the intelligent, manipulative, some jerks too. Big also means too many structures/layers within the organization. Needless to say, it hasnt been an easy sailing for me. Usually I try to shun away from these kind of problems, either leave the organization/ move away from these kind of situations by changing projects etc. But, some time in february I read all your works. One of them was on a story where you mentioned this:
"You cannot go out of a relationship; you can only grow out of it"
Seriously, the impact this message had on me is inexplicable. You might think, it isnt something that people dont know. But, yeah there is a way to teach others & I think you are BEST at it. Everytime I run into some problem, I repeat this to myself & instead of runing away - learn from these mistakes, do things better next time.
Its not just me, I have even passed it on to my friends. Like few months back, there is this close acquaintance of mine who had problems with his wife. Usually I keep away from others' personal problem, given he isnt my close friend. But, this person had helped me on one ocassion & kept calling me to discuss his decision on divorce thinking I was his only sensible friend :crazy. He had made up his mind to leave her because, he got relationship with another woman which was all hunky dory. I explained the story you had written along with this phrase. I also explained how its very easy for any of us to walk out of anything while, our decisions mostly arent worth it. Ofcourse added some personal/incidents I know. It changed him a bit, he took the efforts to further talk to his wife and reconcile things with her.
Similarly, another friend @ work had some problem with some of his team members. I explained the same story to him along with this million dollar worth lesson/phrase. I personally, think it will have an effect of him too.
Having read a lot of books, not many things actually affect me. But, you are really different. I love the way you write simple stories with such messages. I wish you share us more such lessons/small writings with messages that can help us lead our lives better.
    THANK YOU!!!!!:bowdown:bowdown:bowdown:bowdown:bowdown

    Hello friend,
Everything in this world is pre-ordained. I have been doing some real thinking about my writing. I am spending close to three, four hours on a week-day and about 7, 8 hours on week-ends for writing.
What have I done? Did my writing help me? Did it help somebody else? Nagging questions. At times I am so frustrated that I think of quitting writing.
But the problem is that writing is the only nourishment for my soul. Without writing I'd wither away and die.
While going through one such phase your fb came as a refreshing breeze.
I am really happy that you are putting my words to their fullest use.
I have nothing but words for you and am really thrilled that they have been useful for you.
    God bless you, my child.

    varalotti sir!

the story line was really fantastic! it made me remember the incident that took place in my area! a traffic constable who is no way related had helped a person who met with an accident and he took in charge of all the medical allowances needed for his treatment! there are two extreme type of persons like which i said and also the police you explained in your story! wonderful story!
