    Hi all!!!

We have moved recently to Abu Dhabi and are looking for a villa to move in. We have narrowed down the search to Khalifa City A and Al Reef. Would anyone be able to suggest which is a better option as far as Indian neighbour hood is concerned or any other information that would be helpful for making a decision .

Thanks in advance for all your inputs..

    -Jay

    Hi Jay,

We (Me and my wife in early 30s) are also looking out for 1 BHK housing. Did you find a good indian neighbourhood?.

I have received a job offer and am planning to move to AD. I would like to identify a location with good taxis and shopping at a walking distance.

Does Khalifa City A have such facilities?

In Najda street, in RAFCO bldg, 8th floor, 70,000 ( 2 payments) for 1BH and in passport road, near Fatima super market, 13th floor 60000 ( 4 payments) for 1BH. Check out thru BEST STAR property dealers. For the telephone number check out the GULF NEWS property column.

Khalifa City A is calm and quiet resident area. It is spacious and nice location and but taxis stand and shopping malls are not closeby.
