Blame it on Kali Yuga!

Dear Sri sir,
Ninaipadellam nadandu vittal Deivam Edhum Illai, I think Idhu Kali yugathukunne ezhuthina paattu thaanu ninaikaren.

Everything is happening and all elders say ellam Kali Yugam or Kali Muthi pochu. But I think they are also partly to be blamed. Why dont they take drastic steps to teach the youngsters the moral values.

Idho I am just in the hall watching Sun TV and also typing my post. Diwali special programs going on mg: every special program on Sun TV is connected only with films and cinema. Even Patti mandaram has cine stars participating in it. Aiyaiyo thaanga mudiyalaye. Ellam Kali Yugathin kolam.

Your analysis of the Yugas is excellent. Hindus do beleive that there will be no world to live at the end of Kali Yuga. The advancement of Kali Yuga is characterised by the many natural disasters like the tsunamis, earthquakes, hurricanes that have stuck recently. When I was a boy when one of my friend was found smoking his father told 'Kali muthi pochu'. So, it looks like we are nearing the end of Kali Yuga, but mercifully that nearness is still thousands of years away they say.

Scientifically, all the events in this universe like the birth and death of a star, sun or solar system take place on a periodic predictable scale of millions/billions of years. But, the origin of life on earth is accidental and its end is unpredictable and it seems a narrow span as compared to say the birth and death of a sun as white hole and black hole.

P.S: I beleive in ' Sambvami Yuge Yuge '. But, I don't know whether it is Sathya Sai Baba or his successor(he has been named already they say) who is the incarnation in this Yuga.

Even people having little brain ( kuruvi moolai ! )(like me !) must have definitely attained a clear knowledge of Yugas & how we blame things on Kali Yuga ! Clear & excellent write up ,sir !
“ What ever we do or what ever is done Blame it On Kali Yuga. Since its so easy to Blame it On Kali Yuga why are we all not doing everything under the sun.For the simple reason that there is Choice given to us. We do have the freedom of Choice and so we choose. “-these words of AC reminds me of one good english movie by name “ OH GOD “ ( released in 1977 ) which I had a chance to see 2 days back . God comes in person to the eyes of the hero to prove that He exists . Hero asks “y do u leave some people to suffer –u don’t come for their help every time they get into trouble ,y so ? “ God replies : “ I ‘ve given everything to u in this vast world .The Choice is given to u . U have to decide what to do & what not to do . I cannot come & teach u this & that individually everytime . U get the fruit of what u do – sin or good thing . Don’t blame it on anything ! Anything that matters is up to u – only U ! “
