Try to go walking in normal pace, as you are in very early weeks of pregnancy. Create your ticker from desired website and in final page the HTML and BB code for your ticker will be given. Copy the BB code and paste in your signature(User CP dropdown --> Edit Signature).

Regarding NV part of your food, have full boiled egg(avoid eating half cooked or raw eggs). Also eat small varieties of fishes and shrimps(which eats see weeds like stuffs) and not the big ones. The reason being fishes which eats the other fishes (predators) have high mercury traces in their body which is not good for developing foetus.:hiya

    morning sickness kicking in

Hello ladies... am 5w3d today and feeling very sick since morning. It was all fine till yesterday.

I had tea with ginger in it along with toasted bread. I also had few almonds and walnuts.
But as i started for work in train this nauseatic feeling gripped me and finally vomitted all breakfast after reaching office. Kind of felt releaved, but it was temperary. I have got a metallic taste and feeling nauseatic even now.

Is there any home remedy to counter the MS? How did it kicked off all of sudden?

    Re: morning sickness kicking in

    Heyy TTC123,

Ohh so the joys of pregnancy has hit u! Hmm....its a tough phase. But i can tell u what made me feel better....u can bite into anything thats sour. I liked Lime a lot and whenever i feel nauseated i used to drink Lime juice which made my nausea go down. Also i used to carry sun-dried pieces of Amla with me and used to take a small piece whenever i felt like throwing up. That also helped a lot and made the taste in my mouth better.
Again by the 7th or 8th week when your HCG levels go pretty high then your nausea also increases a lot so at that time u can talk to your doc and ask for some medications to control it. My doc gave me Doxinate Tablets for nausea.

Hope it helped. Dont worry much about it. Nausea will go away by the 12th or 14th week.

    Take care,
    Priyanka

Thats a really good idea Priyanka. Thanks a lot. i will try it from tomorrow. Have got a good stock of amla supari at home. My sister also suggested to eat dry biscuits to ease nausea. Along with black raisins. They are rich in iron and help reduce ms. I'll keep all these things handy in my kitty now on.

Am just worried about puking on the way or even in office. its uncontrollable. Luckily today there was no one in the loo and i managed to clear it up. Its wierd to start your day like this. Hope the home remedies will save me from this awkward situation happening again.

Has anyone faced with such wierd situations? I know taking leave from office is an obvious answer... but its fine once a while.. not everyday. Lets see what happens in week 7-8 now. Will have to prepared to face it.

    thanks for you help priyanka.
