    Dear Chitra mami,

You have a collection of such a wide and interesting range of recipes which can be tried everyday- a new one everytime. To add to this i want to try the baking recipes too.I can see that you have done all your previous baking in otg and at present are using a convection oven. Mami, can you tell me what difference do you find between baking in otg and convection oven. At present otg like bajaj 28 l ang morphy Richards 35l and above are said to have convection function as well as motorised rotosserie. What does it mean?Do these otgs then bake similar to convection oven, can we make naans in convection oven.We are a veg with 4 members.i w3ant to buy an oven to bake cookies bread naan pizzaetc pls help me decide the best one.

oh! madam, Everything is because of you and to be frank I just controlled my fingers from typing the word "thanks" since you may feel it too much.

And usually my husband don't like to eat potato masala with dosai( may be I didn't make it properly before) And the next day(day after the guest's arrival) when I gave him 2 mysore masal dosas( I had some masala left) and he is asking for one more dosa(unfortunately the masala is not enough). With your recipes everything looks like a magic to me.I don't know the words to express my hearty thanks to you.

I am planning to make pori urundai and verkadalai urundai this week and will let you know how it comes(full of confidence) With your measurements in hand how can one make wrong?

Nice hearing from you, Shanta. I am really happy that you are successfully trying out wheat breads! Bread FBs are less frequent! :-(
I have tried seven seed bread, four grain bread etc all with wheat flour very successfully!
    Await more chaats!
    Thanks.

Sita, when I bought my MW, 3 yrs back, I bought one with convection. That is why I changed over. OTG & convection are basically the same. If you do not want to use MW, buy any OTG. But if you want to use MW as well, buy one with convection. It will serve dual purpose.
