I saw it yesterday and did it today, as I do this from many yrs but the one i do it takes lot of time almost a whole day is gone in that sometimes it comes out good sometime ok, but this one is super and quick. As I am a person who doesn't like to be in the kitchen for too long so I like fast cooking. This receipe fits in there:-D. I did with whatever I had, for fresh milk I used milk powder milk, and for lemon or citric acid I used vineger other all ingredients are same. I made it in the morning had it just now so thot first thing is to thank you so much for the rasgulla receipe.

Re: Rasgullas not coming out proper Hi friends one more thing I forgot to mention her the syrup, .... the syrup in the recipe which is given for sugar and water is 1:1 which has to be 1:2. becoz if u put the one given in the receipe the syrup will become very thick for rasgullas u need thin syrup. I hope it comes out good for everyone. Sunkan I had guests last night they all enjoyed. I had made of 1 1/2 ltrs milk ka rasgullas everything is over only 4 or 5 where left.

Re: Rasgullas not coming out proper Are you making paneer at home or getting it from outside. In case u r making it at home it looks like after cuddling the milk u r keeping on the stove for longer time?? Are you squeezing out all the water from paneer?????

So as was mentioned in the link given by sunkan, I used lemon juice to separate the whey from the milk. later wrapped it in a cloth and ran it under cold water. then added little maida, made small balls and put it in sugar syrup. Normally we say na sweets if they come proper, they have to come out the first time. not like other dishes where we can do some adjustments I prepared coconut barfi yesterday and today will make gulab jamuns. But if I can get rasgullas proper, I would love to have them. It has been quite some days I have the feeling of eating rasgullas. Please post your tips, let me see if I can get it working today Happy Diwali to you and your family
Re: Rasgullas not coming out proper after u run it under cold water squeeze all the water out remove from cloth in a plate and knead it well so that it becomes soft and then add maida knead it again for a minute and them make balls. I will see to that u get ur rasgullas good.
