weight loss and keep healthy easy way

    hai all

    i am aruna , we want not only weight loss we want healthy weight loss , this words keep the mind and do any thing..

    i change my life style and intake food habits the diet plan name "prakruthi jeevana veedhanam" i got very good result i loss 5 kgs in 13 days ,

    morning 45 minits walking, moring breakfast take only sprouts and dates, 11 am take small fruit and 1.30 lunch 2 rotis and green veggis curry with out salt and oil, 4.30 p.m. take 1carrot 1 keera , night take only lot of fruits if possible do evening 20 minits walking .

    first set our mind set strictly and do this method its gives very good results
    and also control diabetic, and b.p. and joint pains also.

    first check ur b.p. and weight and follow this methos after 15 days u will see good results

    I'm mother of 11month child I've to feed him breastmilk.can I follow ur diet in this stage?1more thing may I drink milk n have some meat in mill when do diet.

    welcome our weight loss group.. u have not mention ur weight, no problem u will follow the diet with small changes morning break fast take two idle or any one 50 % normal breakfast with minimum salt and 50 % sprouts and dates , afternoon 2rotis and one cup rice with dal and vegg curry, night lot of fruits and small dinner, u drink skimmed milk and eat meat small quantity and take egg white only, u will slowely weight reduce

    Hi Piu,
    I do understand the urge for us ladies to get back to shape after our pregnancy...!! there are lot of excercises specifically for the new mom where u excercise not to burn down fat but to get ur pelvic (the hip area)back to shape and to slowly tighten the muscles in the abdomen area.
    The uterus will take time to shrink and get back to normal size...U can ask ur Gynecologist for the excercise chart and u can follow that..!
    But coming to diet...pls dont diet when ur feeding ur kid...!
    U can avoid fattyy foods...but u need calcium intake so do take milk..!! never stay hungry!! And ur mom must be knowing the foods that are very good for secretion of breast milk and pls follow that.
    Once ur kid is 1 yr old u can slowly get back to a normal diet!!

    M kalyani. I have a different problem, M not more weight but My hands looks fat between elbow and shoulder can any one suggest me a way to reduce the hand size, hands of my dresses doesn't fit me now, But my weight is stable

    take nonstick pan to cook with out oil .. mix oinion and tamotos and put on stove kept in sim after 10 minits green veggis, or veggis mixed in onion and tamotos mix and cook slow flame for 10 minits.. urs without oil curry ready.. use heavy tamotoes they
    cover salt taste. and add green mirch as per ur taste
