    hi friends,

    I am also interested in this challange....but i am not going to gym....as my daughter is 2 yrs old....can u pls guide me...how can i start....even i am not going for a walk....i m doing 2 mile walk by using the video link given by pman....

    Dear Durgapriye,
    it would be better if you go to a cinical nutritionist whereby she can monitor your diet and evey month or evey two months your thyroid as you will need to do tests and check it with her, do that as it will be a benefit for you, once your thyroid is in level you will have no problems.
    i am telling you this becaise i know al ot of people who suffer from your type of thyroid and if you can increase your stamina in exercisng then your metabolism will increase and you need to excercise a bit more than others, you can do it, just take baby steps at a time and take your medication on time everyday.

    You can start with taking care of diet and forming routine for exercise. If you need any input on that you can write here or on weight loss success stories thread. Our experts who already have lost weight will help you.

    And regarding this challane, Other than your normal routine exercise you can start using weight. I have attached few links in opening post and there is shiva's reply. you will get a fair idea.

    I am ready for this challenge, my weight today(sunday) is 150.4 lbs/68.2kg.
    I already bought the weights so excited to do this challenge. Couldnt do the last challenge properly, so this week I am going to work hard.

    Though i have registered for both the challenges earlier i have missed both of them. I had a function in my house so lots of relatives at home and time went in arranging for the function.
    Please include me also for this wee. This week surely i will try this challenge.
