WLC 15th - 21st November Starts

    Hi Shiva,

    I have not lost any weight this week but maintained at the same level. I almost walked 2 miles (leslie) videos at home everyday with 100 count crunches and 10 mins weights daily . I should be honest tht I was not strict with diet as I had a very chaotic school schedule of my kids while dh was away :( ..............BUT BUT......my tummy feels super toned up and the lower ab bulge is slowly settling in and I didnt feel the awkwardness when I wore my jeans.

    I @ 130/ 132 lbs now and want to lose 5 lbs further. Im looking for change in my exercise routine so that I will get motivation to diet. Right now the group fitness classes are boring which fits my schedule. Im waiting for the winter brochure so that I can try some new classes.

    As Im away on vacation in the coming week of dance challenge, I shall come back next week. However, I shall be available in the first 3 days of this week.

    Congrats to everyone who lost weight. Shiva, glad to know you saw the scales budge after a long time.

    Sorry, could not post anything here, as I was superbusy with Eid and guests and cooking etc etc. Everything was out of routine and did not manage my normal exercise either. But was quite controlled with food...even thoug i ate biriyani, halwa etc, did not over do it at all and tried to compensate at the next meal time.
    Weightloss 100grams only....from 63 to 62.9. Btter than gaining.

    Hi all..

    Today my weight is 77.5kg... I was 78.3 kg when we started the challenge.. Not bad at all.. But to be frank I was not strict with exercise.. So hope to shed more weight this week and be more deciplined and committed.. C u all @ next challenge...happy dancing..:thumbsup

    Dear Shiva and other friends,

    I have lost 1kg this week. This is mainly due to walking with my sister. We walked almost 2 hrs everyday. Once during the morning and another at home watching videos. I am happy that finally I am slowly biding goodbye to the 90's range. Shiva,thank you for the challenge. The zumba would also have played a role, we did it twice this week.

    Hi Shiva,

    I was not able to post coz I was tied up at work. However, I lost 2.5kgs. I followed GM diet strictly and as for exercise I just did brisk walking for 40minutes per day.

    Thanks for opening up this thread.

    Hi to Shiva and all my buddies out here. one week challenge made me lose 2 kgs :) I used to follow GM diet earlier..but that would make me get severe headaches and finally lead to collapsing the whole diet plan..this time I made sure I did not go for the GM diet. I followed a normal diet and the best change I made in it was remove RICE from it. yep. I did not eat white rice for the whole of this week. Rather when I had to accompany my hubby out for dinner, I opted for brown rice. trust me, there was no difference in taste. Also the portion of rice I consumed was just 3 tbsps :) My exercise has been with variations. I did not stick to one single exercise. All this has helped me lose the 2 kgs. I could have easily gone down for one more kg but wanted to keep it slow and steady. Summary of 15th - 21st Nov Challenge is :

    Starting weight : 85 kgs
    Ending weight : 83 kgs

    and I am already in for the dance challenge. Catch you guys there...Kudoos to all those who are here with me...Have fun losing weight girls. Make sure you do not strain much. That is the secret of sticking to the challenges now and forever :D

    Dear Shiva,

    I took my weight. I was 63.5 kgs. I started with a weight of 64kgs. I have lost 0.5 kg, this is what the challenge asked for. I lost this inspite of missing out on lot of things scheduled in my plan here and there. With this week, I have learnt that I can do much better if I follow my schedule.
