greetings and hi!!

was looking for help an stumbled upon you,

i have got a job offer from the port town of Jazan, saudi arabia. We are a couple ...both dentists. If u could take time out have a couple of questions that i would ask you....

1) the university has promised us accomodation in its campus or HRA of 25000 yearly per person for accomodation. will that be enough for renting a good 2/3 bedroom apartment? we get funishing costs seperately as an allowance.
2) we are hindus and vegetarians...is normal indian food items available in jazan??
3) can my wife travel alone and will she need to wear a burka?? i heard saudi is very strict bout these things
4) what are the problems we should anticipate and consider before accepting the offer??

if u think of anything that might be usefull to us and if u can give me some contacts who u know live in Jazan i will be very grateful!!

thats quite a long wishlist....would like to tell u that i completed my education in karnataka and am very fond of that place....u seem to be from karnataka going by ur names...is that so??

I too have been in KSA for nearly 3 years now. Presently in Jubail. I was in Khobhar for 5 months. Before that in Riyadh for a year. So, it has been 3 places in this 3 years for me :-D.
